What is the turnaround time for the albums?

To ensure the best quality, we aim to complete album orders within 10 to 30 working days.

Can I place a rush order?

Yes, the fee is R1,500 excluding VAT per album, per rush order. The album will be ready within 7 workings days.

What if I made a mistake on the files to be printed, will you reprint that spread or cover?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reprint a single spread or cover. We must reprint the whole album and discard the one with the fault. That is why is of the utmost importance to submit the correct files to be printed. A reprint will be the full replacement value of the original album.

What format should I export my files in?

Jpeg, RGB, 300 DPI and as spreads (left-hand page and right-hand page).

What should the exact size of the spreads be, of my album?

Kindly note that for a set of albums (everything the same), for example, a 30x40cm and two 20x27cm albums. You can give us the same file size as the larger album. We will downsize it on our side for the smaller album (if it is the same ratio).
